Ramarc Solutions gathers business requirements in this phase. We meet with client managers, stake holders and users to determine the system requirements; Who is going to use the system? How will the system be used? What data should be input into the system? What data should be output by the system? After requirement gathering these requirements, a “Requirement Specification” document is created which serves the purpose of guidelines for the next phases.
Ramarc Solutions develops the system and software designs prepared from the requirement specifications which were analyzed and studied in the first phase. In System Design we specify hardware and system requirements and also define overall system architecture. The system design specifications serve as input for the next phase.
The longest phase of the system development life cycle (SDLC). If it is a software application, this is where the coding developed and tested. For hardware/software integration, the system is integrated based on system design and hardware/software components are installed. After successful testing, the product is delivered/deployed to the customer for their use.
All goods and services obtained through Ramarc Solutions include a 90-day maintenance warranty window for all hardware/software rendered services. Maintenance warranties are valid once the hardware/software solution is completed. Ramarc Solutions Client Service Center (CSC) provides a 90-day telephone support, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Warranties apply to manufacturer defects only and does not cover product failures due to improper use, negligence, or using the product in a manner for which the product was not intended. Extended warranty plans are available.
