Prior to launching his own full service information and technology firm, Craig served in the roles of Senior System Administrator for; Tommy Hilfiger, National Basketball Association, Toshiba and Reuters on Wall Street. Craig has also served as Director of Information Technology for The ONE Campaign, a global Non-Profit founded by BONO, the international RED Campaign and Friends of the Global Fight, a subsidiary of the world renown, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
At the ONE Campaign, and RED – Craig maintained not only the IT infrastructure, but the handling of vendor contracts, standardization of user desktop, server virtualization, telecommunications, and the building of video teleconference system providing worldwide telepresence. Craig heightened his expertise in the IT field by focusing and studying the future of Information Technology, Project Management. He has acquired the certification skills of ITIL (Information Technology Information Library) Standards, Cloud Computing and Virtualization Essentials.
While working at Tommy Hilfiger, Toshiba and the National Basketball Association, Craig directed the day-to-day IT, network and server operations concerning domestic and international IT production. Craig’s IT experience has always been active and backed with continuous training, a philosophy that’s disseminated to all Ramarc Solutions personnel.

Craig has a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and several certifications in the IT professional field.
